Refund policy

Every As Built poster is made to order for your car, so we can't accept returns or refunds for change of mind.

Damaged or faulty posters If your poster arrives damaged or has a printing fault, contact us within 14 days of delivery with your order number and a photo of the problem. We'll send a free replacement, or a refund if a replacement isn't possible.

Mistakes in your spec We send a proof before anything is printed. Please check it carefully: once you approve it, we print exactly what's on the proof. If we print something different from the approved proof, we'll replace it free of charge.

Cancellations You can cancel for a full refund at any time before you approve your proof.

Nothing in this policy limits your rights under the New Zealand Consumer Guarantees Act 1993.
