What's included with every order?

Your poster, plus your car's full factory build list as a PDF: every option and package it left the factory with, code by code. The poster shows the highlights; the build list has everything.

Which cars do you make posters for?

Right now we make posters for Porsche, BMW, Mercedes-Benz, Audi and Volkswagen. These brands keep detailed factory records we can look up from your VIN. More brands are coming.

Why do you need my VIN?

Your VIN is the key to your car's factory record. It's how we find your exact colour, interior, wheels and options instead of guessing from the model name.

Is it safe to share my VIN?

Yes. A VIN is printed on the outside of every car and doesn't give anyone access to it. We use it only to build your spec sheet and build list. It's up to you whether your VIN and plate appear on the printed poster.

Can I send a photo of my car?

Yes, please do. Just reply to your proof email with a photo and we'll use it to get every detail right.

What if my car has been modified?

Tell us at checkout or when you reply to your proof. We can show the car as it left the factory or as it is today, whichever you prefer. The build list always shows the factory specification.

What if you can't find everything from my VIN?

If anything's missing we'll ask you before we send your proof. A photo of your car or its original build sheet always helps.

Can I change something after I see the proof?

Of course. Proofs are there so you can get it exactly right. Changes are free before you approve.

How long does it take?

Your proof and build list are sent within 48 hours. After you approve, printing and delivery usually take 1 to 2 weeks, depending on where you are.

Paper or acrylic?

Paper is a premium matte poster, ready for your own frame. Acrylic is printed behind a glossy panel for a glass-like depth and comes ready to hang.

Can I return my poster?

Because every poster is made for your car, we can't accept change-of-mind returns. If your poster arrives damaged or has a printing fault, contact us within 14 days and we'll replace it.
